I'm pondering on the idea of having like wellness check up and vaccine clinics at reduced rates. I also have drastically cut down on flea and heartworm medications. I had customers that were not able to five their pets heartworm medication because of the price. I can deal with just a 25% increase from the whole sale price. Too many customers would be asking for the prescription to buy the medications online or get off brands from other countries. I did research and it pays to lower the prices. You have better customer retention. Hopefully we'll be out of this crisis soon.
